1. The 10-Day Return Window
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:
Unused and Unopened: The perfume must be unsprayed, unworn, and in its original packaging (including any plastic wrap or seals).
Intact Tags/Labels: All original tags and branding must be attached and undamaged.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

4. Shipping Fees & Responsibilities
Standard Returns/Exchanges: Delivery charges for returning the item must be paid by the customer.
For Voluntary Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different scent (not due to damage), you will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the delivery fee for the new item.
Our Mistake: If we accidentally deliver the wrong item, Legacy Fragrances will bear all shipping costs to rectify the mistake.
5. Damages, Defects, and Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away via email or WhatsApp so we can arrange an immediate return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
Approval: If approved, our team will contact you promptly to arrange your preferred refund method.
